● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
● Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
● Good understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing
● Basic understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy
● Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office Suite)
● Team player with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and collaboration
● Willingness to learn about the company’s products/services and continuously improve sales techniques
