Job Summary
Solaris pvt.ltd is seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Present company products and services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand business networks.
- Generate regular sales and business development reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresher and experienced in business development, sales, or client relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
