Tamilnadu Test House is a leading NABL\-accredited analytical testing laboratory providing testing, inspection, and research services to pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, nutraceutical, medical device, environmental, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for laboratory testing and analytical services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable testing solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in laboratory testing, pharmaceuticals, food testing, environmental testing, medical devices, or related industries is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Self\-motivated with a target\-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
