Business Development Executive

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven professional who can contribute to Trivium's growth by building strong industry relationships, identifying business opportunities, and creating meaningful conversations with potential clients.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, an understanding of marketing and communications, and the ability to engage confidently with business leaders across industries. The role requires someone who can understand businesses, identify opportunities, expand networks, and contribute to the company's long\-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, CXOs, marketing leaders, business owners, and key decision\-makers.
- Understand client businesses, challenges, growth objectives, and market positioning.
- Represent Trivium at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
- Initiate and nurture conversations that can lead to long\-term business associations and opportunities.
- Research market trends, industry developments, emerging sectors, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify potential collaborations, associations, and growth opportunities for the company.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop relevant solutions, proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Maintain and track prospective opportunities, meetings, and business discussions.
- Strengthen Trivium's visibility and relationships within the business community.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build credibility and relationships with senior decision\-makers.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building capabilities.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, public relations, content, websites, and communication services.
- Ability to identify opportunities by understanding businesses and industries.
- Proactive, self\-driven, and solution\-oriented approach.
- Comfortable representing the company in professional and networking environments.
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Corporate Relations, Industry Relations, Agency Growth, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a marketing, advertising, media, branding, PR, or communications agency will be preferred.
- Existing professional network and relationship\-building experience will be an advantage.
