We are looking for motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join Unique Minds Academy.

The BDE will play an important role in expanding the academy's business by connecting with prospective students, promoting educational programs, generating leads, building client relationships, and increasing student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential students through various channels.
• Contact prospective students and parents through telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Explain the academy's courses, educational programs, services, and admission procedures.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information to prospective students.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the academy's growth.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads, follow\-ups, and admissions.
• Work towards achieving individual and organizational enrolment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and student onboarding process.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, educational counselling, or marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to communicate professionally with prospective students and parents.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
