Position Overview

Unique Minds Academy is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result\-oriented Social Media \& Marketing Executive to manage the academy's online presence, create engaging content, promote educational programs, and strengthen brand awareness across digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain the academy's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging posts, promotional materials, reels, stories, and other marketing content.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote courses, programs, and academy activities.
• Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and student enquiries.
• Monitor social media performance, respond to messages and comments, and identify opportunities to improve online reach.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Creativity and good content\-writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, graphic design, and video editing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan content, manage deadlines, and work independently.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
