Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the front line of Unnity's growth — identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to learn client acquisition, pitching, and relationship management in a performance marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, and outreach on professional platforms
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings between prospects and senior sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel
  • Support in drafting proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach campaigns with business goals
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover to the account management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in sales and client relationships
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self\-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay persistent
