Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the front line of Unnity's growth — identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to learn client acquisition, pitching, and relationship management in a performance marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, and outreach on professional platforms
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings between prospects and senior sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel
- Support in drafting proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach campaigns with business goals
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover to the account management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in sales and client relationships
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self\-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay persistent
