1\.Identify and develop new business opportunities in BIM modeling and related services 2\.Connect with architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients to understand project requirements
3\. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, decision\-makers, and industry stakeholders
4\.Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and institutes for collaboration and talent engagement
5\.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and references
6\. Conduct client meetings (virtual and in\-person) and present BIM services and capabilities 7\.Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solution presentations
8\. Negotiate contracts and close business deals
9\. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
10\. Coordinate with internal BIM/recruitment/operations teams for smooth project execution
11\.Track market trends in construction, engineering, and BIM technologies
12\. Prepare reports, MIS, and sales forecasts
Exposure to BIM, construction, engineering, or related technical services is preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in dealing with corporate clients, architects, or educational institutions is an advantage
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and presentable personality
Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
