Job Description

\*Job Responsibilities:\*

\* Handle walk\-in customers and lead enquiries

\* Visit apartment projects and sites to generate new leads

\* Explain interior design packages and company services

\* Conduct client meetings and site visits

\* Coordinate with design, execution, and purchase teams

\* Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings

\* Maintain client relationship and sales records

\* Achieve monthly sales targets

\*Required Skills:\*

\* Basic knowledge of home interiors and modular concepts

\* Basic sales and customer handling skills

\* Good communication and convincing ability

\* Ability to understand customer requirements

\* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp follow\-ups

\* Positive attitude and team coordination skills

\* Freshers or candidates with sales knowledge can apply

\* Interior industry experience is an added advantage

\*Salary:\*

₹15,000 – ₹35000/month

(Incentives available based on performance)
