The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities in English and Hindi, and a proven track record of driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities \- Lead and manage the Pre\-Sales and Post\-Sales digital teams. \- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. \- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and mentoring. \- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. \- Build and maintain strong client relationships. \- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. \- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. \- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team productivity. Required Skills \- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. \- Strong leadership and team management skills. \- Proven experience in managing digital sales operations. \- Strong negotiation, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. \- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Qualifications \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. \- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably handling both Pre\-Sales and Post\-Sales teams.
