We are hiring an **experienced onsite Business Development Executive (BDE)** with proven expertise in **international bidding platforms**.
The role focuses on **Upwork/Freelancer bidding, LinkedIn, lead generation, client communication, and closure support** for **web and mobile application projects**.
This position is **strictly for experienced candidates** who understand how to **build, optimize, and scale bidding accounts and pipelines**.
- *Key Responsibilities1\. Bidding \& Account Management (Core Responsibility)**
- Handle daily bidding on **Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn and similar platforms**
- Work on either:
- **Company\-provided Upwork account (new profile to be optimized \& upgraded)**
- **OR**
- **Your own existing Upwork profile (if strong \& active)**
- (final decision based on profile quality \& discussion)*
- Optimize profile, proposals, and bidding strategy to improve response rate
- Identify and shortlist **high\-quality international projects only. Proposal Writing \& Client Communication**
- Write **custom, high\-conversion proposals** (no copy\-paste templates)
- Handle client chats, requirement discussions, and follow\-ups
- Assist in negotiations and project closures
- Coordinate calls when required
- Final pricing, scope, and commitments will be approved by the founder.*
- *3\. Reporting \& Sales Process**
- Maintain daily bidding \& proposal activity reports
- Track responses, interviews, and active pipelines
- Share end\-of\-day work summary
- **Daytime coordination:** Business support (MBA background)
- **Final approval \& review:** Founder (post 7:00 PM)
- *Mandatory Requirements (Non\-Negotiable)**
- **1\+ year experience** in IT services sales / bidding roles
- Hands\-on experience with **Upwork and/or Freelancer**
- Strong English written communication
- Clear understanding of **Upwork profile optimization, connects usage, and proposal strategy**
- Ability to work independently and close international clients
- Proposal Drafting

- *Compensation Structure Fixed Pay**
- **₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month** (based on experience)
- *Performance Incentives (Monthly):**
Monthly Business Closed Incentive
- Incentives are paid only after successful payment realization from the client.* **Total earning potential:** ₹15,000 – ₹30,000\+ per month
- *Trial Period:** This role includes a 30\-day paid performance review period.
- *Joining Timeline:** Immediate or 7–10 days joiners preferred.
