We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and build long\-term business relationships across global markets, particularly the USA, UAE, UK, and other international regions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, outreach campaigns, and identifying business opportunities for our technology services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, AI Solutions, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Automation, and UI/UX Design.
Roles \& ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, Clutch, and other lead generation platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
- Research target companies and decision\-makers.
Client Outreach
- Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calling.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
Business Development
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service offerings.
- Generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships and long\-term client relationships.
Market Research
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities.
- Research target industries including healthcare, real estate, e\-commerce, education, and technology.
Sales Support
- Assist in proposal creation and client presentations.
- Coordinate with technical teams during client discussions.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT services and software development industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
