The Business Development Executive is responsible for **generating revenue for the resort** by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on increasing occupancy rates, event bookings, and overall resort profitability.

- *1\. Business Development \& Sales**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase room bookings, banquet sales, weddings, and corporate events.
- Target corporate companies, travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote resort services and facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- *2\. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- *3\. Market Research \& Strategy**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify new markets and customer segments.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- *4\. Marketing \& Promotion**
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, social media promotions, and online travel portals.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Promote resort packages for leisure stays, corporate retreats, destination weddings, and conferences.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Upsell resort services including spa, dining, adventure activities, and event packages.
- Support revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field or any UG or any PG
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in hospitality or resort industry).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
