We are looking for a Business Development Executive and team player who has the ability to multitask. He / She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as team members located in the UK. In depth training shall be provided.
· Work with a UK based client (Property Management).
· Marketing the properties in the UK base portals.
· Pursuit an email campaign for an available property stock to all the Councils / Charities.
· Arrange the viewings for inquiries / referrals reserved from Councils / Portals.
· Perform an eligibility / affordability check for the clients.
· Closing the client and preparing an Agreement and getting both the parties sign.
· Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints ·
· Highly organised and able to prioritise workload Required
· Excellent Fluency in written and verbal English – Must ·
· Excellent communication skills ·
· Excellent articulation and telephone manner ·
· Comfortable with multi\-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines ·
· Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment where professionalism and flexibility is essential ·
· Takes the initiative while seeking advice and support when appropriate ·
· Be a positive influence within the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team oriented environment.
The candidate with 1 or 2 years of experience working in a team dealing with the international process is preferred however fresher with dynamic talent with excellent communication skills are welcomed as well.
