Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Bidder (BDE) with experience in generating business through online bidding platforms. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and business through platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Fiverr.
Handle client communication and understand project requirements.
Prepare and submit proposals according to client needs.
Coordinate with the technical/marketing team for project discussions.
Maintain follow\-ups with potential clients.
Build long\-term client relationships for repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities in the international market.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding/business development.
Hands\-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and PPH.
Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing services.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.
