Job Summary

Vats International is seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Executive with prior experience in the Chemical Industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships, and supporting business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including online platforms, industry databases, trade portals, and market research.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow\-ups.

Promote the company's chemical product portfolio and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new applications, and industry trends.

Build and maintain customer databases and sales pipelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and customer satisfaction.

Prepare business development reports, sales updates, and activity trackers.

Support domestic and international business development initiatives.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Chemical Industry sales or business development.

Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, chemicals, exports, trading, or related sectors.

Strong lead generation and customer acquisition skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
