Business Development Executive-Digital Transformation

We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our Digital Transformation Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in B2B technology sales and a deep understanding of emerging digital solutions such as Cloud, Data Analytics, Automation, AI/ML, and Enterprise Applications. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in digital transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Engage with CXO\-level stakeholders to present solutions, value propositions, and case studies.
• Collaborate with the pre\-sales and technical teams to design customized proposals and solution presentations.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches, RFP responses, and presentations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to brand visibility through participation in industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• **Experience:** 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in IT / digital transformation / technology services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
