DataGrid Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing organization with a team of 50\+ professionals, serving as the extended back\-office support center for our UAE\-based companies, **Al Safwan Marine Equip. Maint. LLC (Sharjah)** and **Louis Safety \& Fire Fighting Equipment (Abu Dhabi)**.
Our Kunnamkulam office manages a wide range of backend business functions including Human Resources, Finance, Sales Support, Operations, Administration, Design \& Estimation, and other critical business processes for our UAE operations.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Business Development Executive** to support our sales and business development activities. This is an office\-based role with no field work involved. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a professional approach to business correspondence and relationship management.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and ensure timely acknowledgements.
- Create and manage sales opportunities in the ERP system.
- Prepare and submit quotations to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups on quotations and business opportunities.
- Generate new business enquiries through proactive outreach to existing customers.
- Identify new Points of Contact (PICs) within customer organizations.
- Monitor vessel movements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Research and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the ERP system.
- Support the sales team in achieving business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
- Confidence in handling customer communications through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and internet research.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in business development, customer service, sales coordination, or inside sales will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- *Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- *Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
