Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for counseling parents, presenting Foxbrain's educational programs, handling inquiries, and driving admissions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build trust with parents and guardians.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with decision\-makers, handling objections, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesParent Counseling \& Student Enrollment
- Connect with parents through calls and virtual consultations.
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain Foxbrain's courses, benefits, curriculum, and outcomes effectively.
- Counsel parents regarding educational solutions and career development opportunities.
- Address parent concerns and objections professionally.
- Guide parents through the enrollment and payment process.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups to maximize conversions.
Sales \& Revenue Generation
- Convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conversion funnel.
Lead Management
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Track interactions and update lead status regularly.
- Ensure timely follow\-ups with all prospects.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Build trust and long\-term relationships with parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with management.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Exceptional undergraduate candidates may also be considered.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Acquisition will be preferred.
Mandatory SkillsEnglish Communication (Mandatory)
- **Excellent spoken English is required.**
- Candidates must be fluent and confident in English communication.
- Ability to conduct professional conversations with parents and explain educational programs effectively.
