We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (Fresher)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed **6 months of relevant training/internship experience** and possess a basic understanding of business development, sales processes, client communication, and market research. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
\- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
\- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and industry events
\- Communicate with US/Overseas based clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
\- Build and maintain strong client relationships
\- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored business solutions
\- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients
\- Negotiate pricing and terms to close business opportunities
\- Manage sales pipelines, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow\-ups
\- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal teams to achieve business objectives
\- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
\- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve business development skills
