We work with founders, product teams, and growth\-stage companies across the **US and GCC markets**.
We are looking for an **International Business Development Executive (Full\-Cycle Sales)** to build our outbound sales engine from scratch and drive revenue from global markets.
This is a **high\-ownership role** where you will
- Build pipeline from zero
- Run outbound outreach
- Manage CRM
- Pitch and close deals
- Shape how 91Pixels goes to market
You will own the **full sales cycle**:**Prospect → Outreach → Qualification → Pitch → Proposal → Close → Handoff**
- The founder will initially support in closing complex deals.*
- *3\. Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients across US and GCC markets
- Build and manage outbound lead generation pipelines
- Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery conversations
- Conduct sales calls, pitch services, and handle objections
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
- Set up and manage CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Develop and refine outreach strategies based on performance data
- *4\. Eligibility Criteria**
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (agency, SaaS services, or tech consulting)
- Experience closing mid\-to\-high value deals (₹5L\+ or equivalent)
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, UAE, GCC, or similar)
- Proven ability to build pipeline independently
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle end\-to\-end
- Experience selling UI/UX, development, or AI\-related services
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience working with remote/international clients
- Existing network in US or UAE markets
