Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for happySTEMS. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable green solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facility management companies, hotels, hospitals, and commercial establishments.
- Present and promote happySTEMS' products and services including:
- Plant Rental Services
- Plant Maintenance Services
- Corporate Gifting Solutions
- Landscaping Projects
- Event Plant Decor
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated CRM and customer database.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
