About the Company
We are a growing Injection Molding Manufacturing Company specializing in high\-quality plastic molded components for various industries including Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Products, Industrial Equipment, and Engineering Applications. We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Injection Molding and Plastic Manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier\-1 Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Industrial Clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms.
Sales \& Client Acquisition
- Schedule client meetings and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Convert inquiries into successful business orders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long\-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management regarding market opportunities.
- Support management in business expansion strategies.
Coordination \& Reporting
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Tool Room, and Operations teams for project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, sampling requirements, and order closures.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3\+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Injection Molding, Plastic Components Manufacturing, Tooling, Automotive Components, Engineering Products, or Industrial Sales is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and client handling abilities.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding processes and manufacturing industry.
- Lead generation and customer acquisition expertise.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

- Immediate Joiner.
- Experience in B2B Sales and Industrial Marketing.
- Existing network within Manufacturing, Automotive, Electrical, or Engineering industries will be an added advantage.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
