Business Development Executive – Interiors

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and target\-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, developing channel partner networks, and identifying new business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and acquire new clients for interior design and turnkey interior projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
• Identify and onboard new agents and channel partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
• Present interior design services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, turnkey interior solutions, or real estate is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Ability to develop architect, builder, and channel partner networks.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings whenever required.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
