Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition / Recruiter** with strong recruitment skills and prior **Real Estate hiring experience**.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels**.
• Manage hiring for sales, corporate, operations, and support roles.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up until joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Requirements

• **4\+ years of recruitment experience.**
• Prior **Real Estate hiring experience is mandatory.**
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
