Karishma Marine Solution Pvt Ltd (KARCO) is looking for a proactive and results\-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and account management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, qualifying opportunities, scheduling meetings for senior managers, and managing assigned client accounts.

- *1\. Prospecting \& Lead Generation**
- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through targeted outreach initiatives.
- Develop and execute lead\-generation strategies to support business growth.
- *2\. Cold Calling \& Outreach**
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Create and send personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow\-up communications.
- Qualify prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain prospect engagement.
- *3\. Meeting Scheduling \& Sales Support**
- Schedule qualified meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for senior management.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure all relevant client information is shared beforehand.
- Follow up with prospects after meetings to support the sales process and next steps.
- *4\. Client Engagement \& Account Management**
- Independently manage assigned small to mid\-sized customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling within existing accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support account retention efforts.
- *5\. CRM Management \& Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track lead status, activities, conversions, and sales progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline development and performance metrics.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and objection handling.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach efforts.
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- *Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
