Business Development Executive

• *Position: Business Development Executive**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Build relationships with government departments, PSUs and clients.
• Identify infrastructure projects, tenders, and consultancy opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with clients, and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with technical teams for project submissions.

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate in Civil Engineering, MBA, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infrastructure projects and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• *Location:** Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
