Key Responsibilities
1\.**Business Development Pipeline Management**
Maintain tracker of all meetings, discussions, prospects, and opportunities.
Capture minutes/action items from business development meetings.
Track progress of the leads from initial contact to closure.
Ensure timely follow\-up with prospective clients and partners.
2\. **Lead Generation \& Market Intelligence**
Identify new leads from internal databases, referrals, existing relationships, and external sources.
Conduct market research to identify emerging sectors, potential clients, and strategic opportunities.
Build and maintain updated prospect databases.
3\. **Event \& Networking Opportunities**
Identify and shortlist relevant conferences, seminars, industry forums, trade shows, and networking events for participation.
Evaluate sponsorship, partnership, and speaking opportunities at events.
Coordinate registrations, logistics, and participation calendars.
Ensure maximum ROI from event participation through pre\-event outreach and post\-event follow\-up.
4\. **Speaking \& Brand Positioning Opportunities**
Scout opportunities for leadership to speak at conferences, panels, webinars, podcasts, and industry events.
Coordinate submissions, nominations, and engagement with organizers.
Enhance brand visibility through targeted external engagements
5\. **Marketing Support**
Assist in preparing pitch decks, company profiles, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Support digital outreach campaigns and relationship\-building initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach plans
