About the Opportunity

MoverMate is expanding internationally, and we are looking for a confident and commercially

driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business owners, delivering product

demonstrations, building strong relationships, and converting genuine opportunities into

long\-term clients.

You will work with qualified prospects, inbound enquiries, referrals, and direct business

opportunities while helping moving companies understand how MoverMate can improve their

sales, operations, customer communication, scheduling, payments, and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging online demonstrations of the MoverMate platform.

● Deal directly with moving business owners, directors, and key decision\-makers.

● Understand each prospect’s business model, operational challenges, and software

requirements.

● Tailor product demonstrations to suit the needs of each business.

● Clearly explain MoverMate’s features, workflows, integrations, and business benefits.

● Manage qualified prospects from the initial demonstration through to conversion.

● Build and maintain strong business relationships.

● Follow up with prospects and guide them through the decision\-making process.

● Present suitable subscription plans and commercial options.

● Convert opportunities into paying clients.

● Support new clients during the initial onboarding process.

● Coordinate with onboarding, support, product, and technical teams.

● Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.

● Achieve agreed sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

● Share relevant client feedback and market insights with internal teams.

What We Are Looking For

● Experience in business development, SaaS sales, software sales, account

management, or consultative selling.

● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

● Confidence in delivering live software demonstrations.

● Basic technical knowledge of CRM systems, software workflows, integrations, and

automation.

● Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and practical business language.

● Experience working with business owners and senior decision\-makers.

● Strong follow\-up, organisation, and pipeline\-management skills.

● A confident, professional, and commercially focused approach.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

● Willingness to work from the office and participate in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience

● Experience in SaaS, CRM, logistics, transport, moving, removal, or field\-service

software.

● Experience selling to small and medium\-sized businesses.

● Experience onboarding clients onto a software platform.

● Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, payment gateways, accounting integrations,

or workflow automation.

● Experience working with UK or US clients.

Working Hours

For the first three months, the successful candidate will work from the office between 7:00

AM and 4:00 PM.

This period will focus on product training, demonstration skills, sales processes, industry

knowledge, and client onboarding.

After the initial three months, the role will move to a structured rotational shift system aligned

with UK and US business hours.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
