Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with experience in IT Service Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth for **staff augmentation and dedicated hiring services** along with other IT solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in **IT services sales** (Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Developer Hiring, Project Outsourcing)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable engagement models (T\&M, Fixed Cost, Dedicated Hiring)
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, cold calling, and other channels
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
• Achieve revenue and growth targets consistently

• *Required Skills :**

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Service Sales / Business Development
• Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation \& Dedicated Hiring model
• Experience in international client handling is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software Development)

Pay: Up to ₹480,000\.00 per year
