We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **Business Development Executive** to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and promote our wealth management and financial advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with HNI clients and prospects.
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and explain the company’s financial advisory and investment services in a clear and professional manner.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to offer suitable solutions.
Maintain regular follow\-up with leads and update client records in the CRM or internal system.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
Support the team in brand promotion and business growth activities.
Proven **2\-3 years** of experience in field sales, direct sales, or client acquisition.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with a professional approach.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
Familiarity with **financial services, investments, or wealth management** is preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
