We are looking for a results\-driven **Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our growing software team. Your primary focus will be to secure international client projects by bidding on freelance marketplaces. You will bridge the gap between global clients and our technical team, driving revenue across web, mobile app, and UI/UX design services.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and secure new business opportunities across web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
**Platform Management**: Actively manage company profiles and bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
**Proposal Writing**: Draft customized, persuasive, and professional project proposals based on client technical requirements.
**Client Communication**: Act as the first point of contact, handle initial inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
**Requirements Gathering**: Coordinate with the internal software development team to check technical feasibility before placing accurate project bids.
Proven experience in online bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar IT marketplaces.
Basic understanding of **software development concepts** (Web/App development frameworks, UI/UX, Cloud, eCommerce platforms).
Flawless written and verbal **English communication skills** for client interactions.
Strong negotiation, client relationship\-building, and target\-closing skills.
Ability to understand client project descriptions and transform them into technical, structured milestone proposals.
