- **About the company***
Global Joby Ventures sources and supplies honey to FMCG brands, Ayurveda companies, and private\-label entrepreneurs across India — from bulk wholesale to fully branded, private\-labeled product lines.
- **The role***
This is a role to grow with, not just a phone job. You'll start by owning the first two conversations with every new lead — qualifying who they are and what they need, then pitching the right offer using our pricing tools and reference materials — so you can start generating real results in week one without first mastering our full pricing model. From there, how far this goes is up to you: strong performers move into deeper pricing conversations, learn the business directly from the founder, and progress toward running their own closing calls. This isn't a capped calling job — it's the entry point into real business development here.
- **What you'll do***
- Contact warm, pre\-qualified leads by phone and WhatsApp — not cold lists.
- Run a short qualifying call: understand what the buyer needs and which of our 3 offers fits (bulk wholesale, private label, or our flagship Brand\-in\-a\-Box program).
- Pitch using our tier sheet and an online quote tool — no need to calculate pricing by hand to start.
- Book qualified prospects into a closing call with the founder.
- Log every call and its outcome.
- As you prove yourself: take on more complex pricing conversations, learn procurement and product depth directly from the founder, and progress toward running your own closing calls.
- **What you don't need***
- No prior honey, FMCG, or Ayurveda industry experience — you'll build this on the job, not before it.
- No need to memorize pricing, packaging, or production details on day one — a reference sheet and quote tool carry you while you learn the logic behind them.
- No cold\-calling from scratch — every lead you call has already been pre\-qualified.
- **What you need***
- Confident spoken English and Hindi.
- Comfortable on the phone and WhatsApp for extended periods.
- Past sales, telecalling, or customer\-facing experience preferred.
- Reliable phone and internet access (this is a fully remote role).
- **Compensation***
- Starts as a paid 3–4 week trial: ₹15,000– ₹20,000/month, plus ₹500– ₹1,000 per qualified call booked and 1–2% commission on deals that close.
- Moves to ₹40,000– ₹50,000/month plus ongoing commission once the trial is cleared.
