Business Development Executive (Software Services)

• *Understanding of:**

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in software services sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying opportunities, engaging international prospects, and independently driving deals from lead generation to closure.

This role is best suited for candidates with prior exposure to the web and software development industry, especially service\-based business environments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate qualified leads through outbound strategies, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and AI\-assisted lead generation methods
• Identify and approach potential international clients, primarily across Europe and other overseas markets
• Conduct client discussions, requirement understanding, presentations, and proposal coordination
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long\-term business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams during pre\-sales discussions
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow\-ups, and reporting activities
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the software services sector

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the software services industry

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
