Job Title: Business Development Executive \- Staffing \& Recruitment
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years
Location: Remote / work from home
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with lead generation, client outreach, relationship building, and closing recruitment contracts across IT and non\-IT domains.
- Identify and connect with potential clients requiring permanent hiring, contract staffing, or recruitment services.
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Present staffing and recruitment solutions aligned with client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- 06 months to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or recruitment sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Understanding of staffing, recruitment, RPO, contract staffing, or workforce solutions.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
