Business Development Executive (Staffing & Vendor Empanelment)

We are looking for a results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to secure vendor empanelments and drive client acquisition across multiple industries. You will connect with corporate clients in the **IT, ITES, Banking, Healthcare, Pharma, and Automobile** sectors to pitch our staffing services and bridge the gap between hiring companies and qualified job aspirants.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Secure Empanelments:** Network with HR heads and procurement teams to get our agency listed as an approved staffing vendor.
• **B2B Client Acquisition:** Identify and pitch staffing solutions to corporate clients within target industries.
• **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong long\-term partnerships with corporate clients to ensure a steady stream of job requirements.
• **Sourcing Alignment:** Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure job aspirants are successfully sourced and matched to client needs.
• **Market Research:** Track industry hiring trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• *Requirements**

• **Experience:** 1–3 years in corporate sales, B2B business development, or staffing agency client acquisition.
• **Industry Knowledge:** Basic understanding of hiring needs in IT, ITES, BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, or Automobile sectors.
• **Skills:** Excellent communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and a persistent cold\-calling approach.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
