We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for business discussions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare reports and update CRM systems regularly
• Support marketing and business development activities when required

Requirements

• MBA graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience in business development or sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in sales
• Result oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
• Confidence in client interaction and presentation
