• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a hands\-on Team Lead who is great at sales. You will be responsible for finding new clients, meeting them in person (on\-field), and closing deals. Along with hitting your own targets, you will guide and help your team to ensure everyone succeeds.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Field Sales \& Closing**: Travel to meet potential clients, give presentations, and close business deals face\-to\-face.

• *Lead Generation**: Find new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

• *Team Support**: Help your team members handle difficult calls, clear their doubts, and assist them in closing their own deals.

• *Reporting**: Keep track of daily sales activities and give weekly updates to the management.

• *Marketing Coordination**: Work with the office team to create better brochures or ads based on what customers are asking for on the field.

• *Client Meetings**: Be the main point of contact for clients, explaining our services clearly and professionally.

• *Requirements**

• *Experience**: 3\+ years in sales (Experience in Real Estate or RERA is a plus).

• *Skills**: Strong communication and "people skills."
