*Job Summary**

We are looking for an energetic and goal\-oriented **Business Development Executive** with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT services and software product sales. You will play a critical role in lead generation, client acquisition, and business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships.

*Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation:** Identify potential leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
**New Business Acquisition:** Pitch IT services and solutions to prospective clients and convert them into long\-term business relationships.
**Product Promotion:** Present and promote in\-house products (like PaisaPravaah) to relevant markets and customer segments.
**Client Communication:** Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to communicate company capabilities effectively.
**Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
**Proposal Development:** Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, quotes, and business pitches.
**Target Achievement:** Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
**CRM Management:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.

*Key Requirements**

2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the software/IT services sector.
Proven track record in lead generation and closing new business deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product\-market fit.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
