We are hiring a Telecaller (B2B) to support client acquisition for HR compliance and payroll services across India. Working remotely, you will proactively contact potential business clients from provided and self-researched leads. Your core responsibility is to pitch AROI Compliance Services effectively over the phone, qualify prospects, and maintain an active pipeline. You will arrange meetings, callbacks, or product demos for the senior sales team and send follow-up emails to interested leads. Meticulous daily call logging and report submission are essential. Periodic attendance at meetings and reporting sessions at our New Town, Kolkata office is required as part of the role.
