Business Development Executive

A Business Development Executive is responsible for contacting clients, explaining company services, fixing appointments, maintaining client relationships, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Contact potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.
• Explain company services and business solutions to clients.
• Fix appointments and schedule meetings with clients.
• Perform regular follow\-ups with clients.
• Convert enquiries into business leads.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow\-up communications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain records of client details and follow\-up status.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and documentation.
• Ensure proper client communication and support.

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Client handling and follow\-up capability.
• Basic sales and marketing knowledge.
• Computer knowledge (MS\-Word and EXCEL) and email communication.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with team.

• *Qualification**

• Any Degree / MBA preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• *Experience**

• 0–5 years of experience in business development, telecalling, or sales.

• *Languages Known:** Tamil, English, Hindi, and other regional languages preferred.
