· Maintain and update customer databases, lead trackers, and sales reports.
· Support strategic planning and expansion initiatives of the company.
· Assist in payment follow\-ups and commercial coordination with clients when required.
· Occasionally travel across India for client meetings.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
· 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, POSM, printing, packaging, advertising, or related industries preferred.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Good understanding of business development and client relationship management.
· Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
· Proficiency in Chat GPT, MS Office and email communication.
· Strong follow\-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
