*Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidding Specialist)**
*Location:** Remote (India)
*Shift:** 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US Shift)
*Working Days:** Monday to Friday
*Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
*Employment Type:** Full\-Time
*About the Role**
AccuTax Advisors is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in Upwork bidding to generate leads and acquire clients for US accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services.
*Key Responsibilities**
Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
Write customized and persuasive proposals.
Communicate with prospects and handle client queries.
Schedule meetings and support deal closures.
Manage Upwork profiles, connects, and bidding performance.
*Requirements**
6 months to 1 year of Upwork bidding experience.
Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
