Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will proactively identify new business opportunities and engage with clients to deliver tailored IT and SaaS solutions, supported by mentorship and training from experienced team members. You’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and driving long\-term client success. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors. • Engage clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT and SaaS solutions. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client goals. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. • Self\-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and grow in a sales career. • Willingness to learn sales processes, lead generation techniques, and client engagement strategies. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow professionally. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required. Preferred Qualifications: • Internship, academic project, campus leadership, or extracurricular experience related to sales, marketing, or business development. • Strong networking and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
