Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 Per Annum

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Accounting Outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long\-term client relationships, and promoting our accounting outsourcing services across international markets.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in service\-based B2B business development, preferably in outsourcing or financial services industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for accounting outsourcing services.
Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer customized outsourcing solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target industries, and growth opportunities in international markets.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, pricing models, and service agreements for potential clients.
Coordinate with operations and accounting teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of client services.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Represent the company at business networking events, conferences, webinars, and industry\-related exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and business development reports with accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing teams for branding, lead generation campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with company goals.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Ability to build long\-term business relationships.
Knowledge of Accounting Outsourcing / KPO / BPO services is preferred.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
Understanding of international business development processes is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in selling accounting outsourcing services.
Exposure to UK or Australia accounting markets will be an added advantage.
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
