About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **AIF Sales Manager** to drive fundraising and distribution for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of HNI/UHNI investors, wealth managers, family offices, and financial intermediaries, along with a proven track record in investment product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and fundraising for AIF products across HNI, UHNI, family office, and institutional segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers, private bankers, RIAs, MFDs, and distribution partners.
- Generate new investor leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and product pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute fundraising campaigns and investor engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, alternative investments, and regulatory developments.
- Achieve assigned fundraising and revenue targets.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in AIF, PMS, wealth management, investment advisory, or financial product sales.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, alternative investments, and investment products.
- Established network of HNI/UHNI clients and distribution partners.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- NISM certifications and CFA/CFP qualifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Background
Candidates from wealth management firms, private banks, stockbroking houses, PMS providers, or investment advisory firms are encouraged to apply.
