Other Key Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal \& communication skills • Readiness to travel within the region to drive sales – local travel involved Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Responsible to generate and drive sales from the assigned territory • Responsible to appoint new dealers for the assigned territory • Achieving Sales target and mapping potential market • Conducting dealers meet, architects meet \& carpenters meet to communicate about products and drive sales • Channel Development \& Dealer satisfaction • Market study \& research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis • Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors, and architects \& designers • Ensure timely collections \& payments from the distributors/channel partners • Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
