· Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA \& other Banking products.
· Manage and sell Savings account and Current account by conducting several marketing activities.
· Understand and analyze the customer needs and provide customized solutions to fulfil their requirements.
· Engagement with sourced customers to increase cross selling
· Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
· To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
· To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
· Coordination with internal departments to fulfill responsibilities of the role
· Day end and other reporting as required
exposure to financial subjects
· Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles
· Own conveyance
· Residence within 5\-10Km range from job location assigned
· Proficient in English \& local language with strong communication skills
· Should be young, willing to learn and energetic with passion for sales
· Knowledge of Banking products and processes.
· Min 1 year Sales experience preferably in Banking
· Multi\-tasking with crisis management as well as reporting experience while following compliance guidelines.
· Natural empathy and a positive attitude towards every situation
· Presentable with pleasing and attractive personality, interview should preferably happen in formal attire
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹38,000\.00 per month
