We are looking for an experienced and confident **Business Development Manager** to join Brillica Services. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, understanding project requirements, conducting client meetings, and closing deals for IT projects and services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales/business development and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The role includes generating leads, coordinating with technical teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project closures.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels and networking activities. **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and potential customers.**
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions and services.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- **Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.**
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, presentations, and business interactions.
- Support brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business development activities.

- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT/Education/Services preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high\-value deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required)
- Experience in handling international clients is mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Leadership qualities with team management experience
- Self\-motivated, proactive, and result\-driven mindset
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant field
