Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) shall be responsible for driving business growth, generating revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the sales and business development activities of Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. and IBOSD.
The BDM shall lead the sales team, develop corporate and institutional relationships, negotiate contracts, close business opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure the achievement of business growth targets.
The position requires a highly motivated professional capable of developing opportunities in the areas of training, certification, consulting, accreditation, membership services, skill development, corporate workshops, educational partnerships, and franchise development.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Revenue Generation
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Promote training, certification, consulting, auditing, accreditation, membership, and skill development services.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Corporate Business Development
* Establish relationships with

- Develop partnerships with Engineering Colleges, Degree Colleges, Universities, Polytechnics, ITIs, and Training Centres.
- Promote the IBOSD Skill Centre Model.
- Negotiate and execute Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
- Develop institutional business opportunities.
- Build long\-term educational partnerships.
Strategic Partnerships \& Franchise Development
- Identify potential franchisees, partners, and training providers.
- Conduct partnership presentations and negotiations.
- Support onboarding and development of business partners.
- Maintain relationships with strategic partners.
Sales Team Leadership
* Lead and supervise
- Lead Generation Executives

- Set sales targets and performance indicators.
- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings.
- Coach and mentor sales personnel.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
CRM \& Sales Management
- Ensure proper CRM utilisation by the sales team.

- Analyse conversion rates and sales performance.
- Generate management reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
Key Account Management
- Manage major clients and strategic accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop repeat business opportunities.
- Resolve commercial issues and client concerns.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging markets and business opportunities.
- Recommend new products, services, and market strategies.
Authority \& Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager shall be authorised to
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.
- Conduct presentations and business discussions.
- Recommend commercial proposals.
- Recommend partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Supervise sales personnel assigned by management.
- Recommend business development initiatives to management.

CompensationSalary
